Classes

2024 Class Times

Come and try Calisthenics at Leawarra! Join the fun and give it a go - the first two classes are free!

We offer both competitive and recreational sections, with the competing sections attending 4-5 Melbourne-based competitions each year, plus the prestigious Royal South Street Society Eisteddfod held in Ballarat in October/November.

Classes are held weekly and run from the first week in February until the annual concert in November. On occasion, additional classes may be held during the school holidays in the lead up to competitions. It is important that pupils attend all classes as advertised to ensure that the team can work to their maximum potential.

Tots (Recreational)

Our Tots classes are designed for our pre-school aged children and are a fun introduction to Calisthenics. Classes can be filled with fairy wings, climbing, balancing and singing all while learning their basic skills. Co-ordination, musicality, listening, counting, fine and gross motor skills are just some of the benefits gained from class. Tots learn different routines throughout the year and perform at the End of Year concert.
